In my 8 years living in and owning a home in Tennessee, one of the best decisions I’ve made was hiring Custom Remodeling to renovate my 30+ year old kitchen. When other contractors could not fathom what I wanted to do, Chris and his team made it happen. Chris is one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with. WOW.....just WOW! What a great business. They say what they do and do what they say. The owner, Chris, came to my house for an estimate of a full kitchen renovation. I told him my "vision" for the kitchen and Chris and his crew made it happen. The only negative I could say has nothing to do with Chris, his crew or his company. New cabinets were ordered and took longer than expected to come in. But, once they did...(refer back to my opening sentence)! Custom Remodeling tripled the size of my pantry, gave me more counter space and totally transformed my 30 year old kitchen to a show-stopping focal point of my home. Before he even started, I informed him of my trepidation with hiring a contractor. In the past, we had been defrauded of thousands of dollars by an unscrupulous alleged "contractor". But, Chris put me at ease with his expertise and understanding of what I wanted for this project. He called me each and every time they were going to come to the house to work. Usually, he would call the night before and most times he would also call in the morning when they were on the way. After a few days, I felt comfortable enough to give him a temporary code to my garage so he could come even if I were not at home. He still called prior to coming over. The project took longer than we expected but the results were worth the wait!!! Not only do they do great work but they’re considerate, clean and neat, and super nice folks. Chris is a great communicator and always lets me know what’s going on and always shows up as promised.
